Originally popularized as the "Super Dog" program, this routine introduces mild physical stressors to improve cardiovascular health, strengthen the adrenal glands, boost disease resistance, and improve stress tolerance. - Head pointed down: Holding the puppy with its head facing toward the ground.
- Supine position: Holding the puppy resting on its back in your hand.
