Our Commitment
At Legendary Labrador Retrievers, we are committed to raising beautiful, healthy, well-socialized English Labrador Retrievers with the wonderful temperaments the breed is known for.
Each puppy is raised with care in our home and comes with a limited two-year congenital health guarantee. A copy of our health guarantee is available upon request.
We take great pride in the care of our dogs and puppies, as well as the standards we maintain as an AKC breeder. The American Kennel Club conducts periodic yearly inspections of breeders and kennels to evaluate areas such as cleanliness, appropriate housing, puppy care, identification of adult dogs, and detailed record keeping.
Legendary Labrador Retrievers was inspected by an AKC field representative in June 2026 and successfully passed all areas of inspection. A copy of our inspection information is available upon request.
We are proud to have placed our puppies with wonderful families throughout the United States and truly appreciate every family who chooses a Legendary Labrador.
PUPPY PRICING
Our puppies are $2,500 each and are sold with Limited AKC Registration unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
Limited AKC Registration means your puppy is registered with the American Kennel Club but is not being sold for breeding purposes and may not compete in AKC conformation events. Your Labrador may still participate in many other eligible AKC events and activities.
All puppies are priced equally regardless of color or gender.
From time to time, we may also have retired adult Labradors available to approved homes for a reduced adoption fee.
WAITING LIST & PRIORITY RESERVATIONS
Many of our puppies are reserved before they are born, so we encourage families to contact us early regarding upcoming and planned litters.
We offer two options for families interested in a future Legendary Labrador:
Priority Reservation List
Families may secure a priority reservation with a fully refundable $500 deposit, even before a breeding has taken place or pregnancy has been confirmed.
Reservations may be made for a specific planned pairing or for the first available puppy matching your preferred color and gender.
Families with deposits receive priority consideration based on their reservation date, puppy preferences, and availability.
Free Interest List
Families who are not ready to place a deposit are welcome to join our free interest list.
We will contact interested families when puppies become available after priority reservations have been accommodated.
Our interest list does not guarantee a puppy or a particular position in the selection process.
Communication & Availability
When contacted regarding an available puppy, we ask families to respond within 48 hours. If we do not receive a response within that timeframe, we may offer the puppy to the next eligible family.
Please keep your contact information current and notify us if your preferences or plans change.
DEPOSITS
A fully refundable $500 deposit is required to secure a priority reservation and is applied toward the total purchase price of your puppy.
Deposits may be accepted for planned future litters, confirmed pregnancies, or currently available puppies.
All deposits are fully refundable upon request. Families may also choose to transfer their deposit to another upcoming litter if their preferred puppy is not available or their plans change.
While priority reservations provide first consideration, no specific breeding, pregnancy, litter size, puppy color, gender, or availability can be guaranteed.
All breeding plans and anticipated dates are subject to change, with the health and well-being of our dogs and puppies always taking priority.
The remaining balance is due at the time specified prior to or at puppy pickup.
CHOOSING YOUR PUPPY
Puppy selections are made in person at the time of pickup. Pickup appointments are scheduled a few weeks before the puppies are ready to leave for their new homes, which is typically at approximately eight weeks of age.
To protect the health and safety of our puppies, we do not allow in-person visits prior to pickup.
We know how exciting it is to watch your puppy grow! Throughout the puppies' first eight weeks, we share regular photos and videos on our Legendary Labs Facebook page and Legendary Labradors Instagram page so families can follow along as their puppies develop.
